We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Clerk to support our team with accurate data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, verifying information, and ensuring that company data is updated, consistent, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and systems.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when identified.
Perform routine audits of files and reports to ensure accuracy.
Organize and manage electronic files and documents.
Provide administrative support to departments by preparing data reports.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous experience in data entry, administration, or clerical support preferred.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
