Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows (design, debugging, and structuring)
- Hands-on coding experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency in Salesforce design patterns and best practices
- Strong background in Service Cloud, with additional experience in Field Service and Experience Cloud
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Sunnyvale, CA
Job Description
- Lead and deliver solutions on Service Cloud with strong hands-on development experience
- 5+ years of extensive Salesforce platform experience, including custom development, integrations, and administration
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and development — Flows, Apex (classes & triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
- Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable applications
- Strong knowledge of data migration and mapping from legacy systems into Salesforce
- Ability to debug complex Flows and Apex code, and optimize existing solutions
- Well-versed in applying Salesforce architectural/design patterns
- Ability to identify system gaps and recommend design improvements
- Experience in Salesforce Field Service implementation
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
