Description:
Senior Business Analyst: Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client’s unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support. Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements. Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions. Story card creation and agile board management required.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
