30 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication
30 months of experience contributing to the establishment of PMO standards, processes, and internal controls including establishing SDLC.
24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for a Surrogate Decision-Making program management system.
