Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled CyberVault & CyberSense Technical Lead to provide 24×7 support for our CyberVault and CyberSense services. This critical, on-site role is based in Boston and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our clean room, managing the restoration and destruction of recovered assets for cyber resiliency testing, and acting as the primary technical point of contact. This individual will be a key player in re-establishing connectivity and leading technical recovery efforts in the event of a cyber-attack.
Key Responsibilities
- 24×7 Support: Provide round-the-clock support for all CyberVault and CyberSense operations, including on-call duties to ensure immediate response to incidents.
- Clean Room Management: Oversee the secure and operational status of the clean room environment, ensuring it is always ready for use in a cyber-attack scenario.
- Asset Management: Manage the end-to-end process of asset recovery, including the restoration of data and systems for cyber resiliency testing and the secure destruction of recovered assets as per established protocols.
- Incident Response & Recovery: Act as the technical lead during a cyber-attack event, responsible for re-establishing connectivity to the wider team and orchestrating technical recovery efforts.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the onshore technical expert for the CyberVault service, providing guidance and support to the team and key stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all processes, incidents, and recovery tests.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a 24×7 support role within a cyber security or IT operations environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in data restoration, asset management, and disaster recovery processes.
- Cyber Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber security principles, cyber resiliency, and incident response frameworks.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act calmly and decisively under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Boston and provide 24×7 on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or other relevant security credentials.
- Experience with specific CyberVault or CyberSense platforms.
- Background in network re-establishment and secure communication protocols.
