Position: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Mesa, Arizona(Hybrid)(Locals Highly Preferred)
Work hours: M-F 8-5 AZ core hours (2 days in office)
Minimum 12 years of IT Experience.
5+ years of experience as a scrum master.
Tools- Jira, Azure Dev Ops (Required), Teams, Microsoft 365 Apps, confluence, Estimation tools,
Time zone- California/Arizona (Pacific time zone, Mountain standard time zone) ONLY- highly important because of booking meeting times for company.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
• Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Support backlog refinement and effective prioritization.
• Cultivate a culture of self-organization and accountability.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity across the organization
• Remain flexible and adaptable to change.
