Role : Full Stack Web Application Developer
Location – San Jose , CA (5 Days Onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Full Stack Web Application Developer with over 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
- Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Lead and coordinate technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Implement and oversee A/B testing strategies using tools like Mendel and Rasta.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, Java, and templating languages (e.g., Thymeleaf, Handlebars, etc.).
- Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot)..
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
