Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP APMe Consultant to join the SAP Practice team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software, SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong background in commission and incentive management. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Provide expert-level knowledge in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.
Design and implement commission and incentive plans for external producers.
Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission information across multiple insurance products.
Work with Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules.
Lead technical discussions, client presentations, and discovery workshops.
Develop solution estimates and provide technical recommendations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management (APMe) software.
Strong knowledge of commission calculations and payment processes.
Prior experience in U.S. health insurance domain is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
