Job Title: AI/ML- AIOps Engineer  Work Location Reston, VA / Philadelphia, PA (Onsite from day 1) (Need Only Locals)  Duration: Long Term Contract    Mandatory Skills: Al/ML, Python, LangChain/AutoGen, AWS, Elastic search, SQL, NoSQL DB, Jira, GIT,  Optional Skills Terraform/Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes  * Experience in Al Development, MLOps, or a similar role with a focus on Al/ML operations.  * Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and backend development.  * Hands-on experience with agentic tools or frameworks (e.g., LangChain. AutoGen, or similar concepts for building autonomous agents).  * Solid experience integrating Al agents with various data sources, including Elasticsearch, SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as platforms lik  * Demonstrable experience with AWS operational support, including a deep understanding of core AWS services.  * Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using either Terraform or Ansible.  * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).  * Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).  * Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.  * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
