Duration:  Contract
Visa: Independent Visa
 Interview process: 2 rounds (video and onsite)
 
Key Requirements:
 
·        8–10+ years of Python development experience
 
·        Proven expertise in AI agent development (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot, Amazon Queue, etc.)
 
·        Strong skills in prompt engineering (crafting precise instructions for generative AI models like large language models)
 
·        Experience in optimization techniques
 
Preferred Qualifications (Negotiable):
 
·        Background in the payroll industry or HCM
 
·        Familiarity with AWS
 
Contract Details:
 
·        Initial duration of 6 months, with potential for extension or full-time conversion
 
Additional Information:
 
·        Nice-to-have skills: Payroll/HCM experience, AWS knowledge
