About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C# and SQL, along with experience in front-end development and automated testing. Strong preference will be given to candidates with Blazor experience, though knowledge of React, Angular, or MVC is also applicable.
This role is 90% full-stack development, requiring a balance of back-end and front-end development expertise. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C# (.NET Core) and SQL (MSSQL).
- Develop and integrate front-end components using Blazor (preferred), React, Angular, or MVC.
- Build and optimize RESTful WebAPI services to support front-end applications.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver iterative improvements.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks, including unit testing, Selenium/Playwright, and SpecFlow/Reqnroll.
- Utilize DevOps principles, ensuring smooth automated build/release pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proven expertise in Full Stack Development, with a focus on C# (.NET Core) and SQL (MSSQL). React on front end or Blazor.
- Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and WebAPI development.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or MVC. Blazor would be a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Redux/Flux for state management.
- Experience with SignalR for real-time communications.
- Knowledge of queue mechanisms such as RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, IBM MQ, etc..
- Exposure to Microservice architecture.
