Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Python, Angular, and Kubernetes, and will be responsible for leading a team of developers in delivering scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Design and implement RESTful services and microservices architecture.
Guide the integration of Python-based components for data processing or backend services.
Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to agile development practices and DevOps pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong proficiency in:
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
Frontend: Angular (latest versions)
Scripting/Integration: Python
DevOps/Cloud: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
