Job Description:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Flexcube UBS. The ideal candidate will possess a solid blend of technical and functional expertise to support core banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Techno-Functional BA for Flexcube UBS implementations and enhancements
Strong understanding of Flexcube modules (CASA, Loans, Lending, Accounting Events/Entries, SWIFT messaging, etc.)
Deep knowledge of Flexcube database tables and development framework
Hands-on experience in SQL for data analysis and reporting
Prepare Interface Design Documents, process flows, and diagrams using tools like Visio
Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions with partner systems
Support project planning and Agile/Scrum delivery practices
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Flexcube Business Analyst
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
