Required Qualifications
 
1.     Advanced experience with OpenStack and components, including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Ceph, Swift, and Keystone
 
2.     Advanced experience with VMWare, Nutanix, and other virtualization systems.
 
3.     Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines
 
4.     Advanced experience with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Kordent
 
5.     Advance experience with Identify Management and user role permissions
 
6.     Advanced experience in Python and other scripting languages
 
7.     Advanced experience with cloud technologies, including virtualization, storage, and networking
 
8.     Advanced knowledge of Linux systems administration and server management
 
9.     Advanced experience with software development principles, including code version control, testing, and deployment.
 
10.  Advanced ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
 
11.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 
 
 
Required Education
 
12.  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or related work experience
 
 
 
Certifications
 
13.  Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA)
 
14.  Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS)
 
15.  Linux Professional Institute (LPI) Certifications (LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3)
 
 
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities
 
16.  Design, implement, and deploy Virtualization platforms such as VMWare, Nutanix, and OpenStack infrastructure for private cloud, ensuring high availability and performance
 
17.  Develop and maintain deployment scripts, tools, and automation using Python and other relevant frameworks
 
18.  Develop CI/CD pipelines and Terraform workflows
 
19.  Integrate Virtualization platforms and OpenStack with other cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes for hybrid cloud solutions
 
20.  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenStack and associated technologies, ensuring the stability and reliability of the cloud infrastructure
 
21.  Collaborate with other engineers, developers, and cloud administrators to design, implement, and maintain OpenStack solutions
 
22.  Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of the OpenStack infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization
 
23.  Implement and maintain security measures to protect the OpenStack infrastructure and the data it stores
