Job Title: SAP EWM with Ariba Consultant
Location: Weekly travel to Bismarck, ND (Hybrid)

Job Description:
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in SAP Supply Chain functional consulting or SME roles.
Proven functional experience in SAP MM, SD, PP.
Significant hands-on experience (3-5+ years) with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred; ECC experience valuable.
At least 2-3+ full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba to SAP S/4HANA ECC integration scenarios.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Expert-level configuration skills in SAP MM, SD, and PP.
Strong understanding of procurement, order-to-cash, and production processes.
Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration, template design, and integrations.
Ability to read/understand ABAP code (for debugging/specifications) is a plus.
Skilled in creating functional specifications for WRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as the SME for SAP EWM, offering authoritative guidance on functional capabilities, best practices, and supply chain trends.
Solution Design & Blueprinting:
Lead or contribute to end-to-end supply chain process designs in SAP, mapping business needs to standard SAP functionalities across modules like:
SAP S/4HANA ERP: MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, TM
SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Supplier Risk
Integration Leadership:
Oversee integration strategies and troubleshoot data flows between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA ECC and other SAP Supply Chain modules.
Requirements Analysis:
Partner with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Configuration & Validation:
Guide SAP Supply Chain module and Ariba configuration activities and perform functional validation of configured solutions.
Problem Solving & Optimization:
Identify, resolve, and optimize complex business and system issues in supply chain processes.
Project Lifecycle Support:
Participate in all project phases — discovery, design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), training, deployment, and hypercare support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with SAP functional (Finance, Master Data), technical (ABAP, Integration), OCM, and Testing teams for integrated solutions.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
Create comprehensive functional documentation including design docs, test scripts, and training materials. Deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, driving decision-making and alignment.
