Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         Responsibilities: Leads the ServiceNow implementation for both Security Operations (SecOps) and GRC, ensuring compliance workflows align with FedRAMP requirements.

·         Expertise in ServiceNow SecOps (IRM, VR, Security Incident Response) and GRC.

·         Ability to integrate network and security tooling with ServiceNow for automated compliance tracking.

·         Understands catalog-driven fulfillment processes for infrastructure and security components.

·         FedRAMP Compliance Lead

·         Responsibilities: Bridges the gap between FedRAMP audit requirements and ServiceNow implementation, ensuring VGC controls are mapped effectively to FedRAMP mandates.

·         Strong understanding of FedRAMP High requirements and how to operationalize compliance within ServiceNow.

·         Experience aligning audit artifacts, policies, and technical controls with automation tools.

·         Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable security and compliance workflows.
