Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical (Microsoft dynamics (D365), Microsoft Azure Devops and .net core experience along with Test automation) background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

Technical Program Management:
Required Responsibilities
Facilitate requirement and costing discussions with engineering teams for FinCrime and Order to Cash workstreams; align on engineering prioritization and cost estimation.
Facilitate technical design workshops with engineering, business, and the FinCrime software vendor for both FinCrime and Order to Cash workstreams.
Capture notes, actions, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure closure of open items.
Technical design and specifications documentation for FinCrime and Order to Cash workstreams, including system flows, data flows, data modeling, and interfaces. Ensure high quality documentation.
Review and incorporate feedback from all stakeholders – engineering teams, FinCrime software vendor, REM engineering, Business DRIs, and CELA.
Leverage AI/Co-pilot tools to increase efficiency and productivity. For ex. Draft technical documents (generate outlines, content, and summarize complex technical information); Review documents for alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Act as the Technical Program Manager during the build phase, ensuring effective coordination across teams and addressing design-related queries as they arise.
Lead the development of comprehensive test plans covering unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute these plans.
Support migration, cutover, and deployment activities in a technical program management capacity, representing the REM engineering team throughout execution.
Partner with REM engineering to define project scope, goals, and deliverables; help track project plans, milestones, and status.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and progress.
Support integration across FinCrime, O2C, and broader REM workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery.
Preferred Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to automate documentation or workflows using GitHub Co-pilot.
Identify opportunities for and build AI agents supporting REM engineering
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in enterprise or financial systems.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools – Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Basic knowledge/experience using Microsoft Co-pilot to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Prior experience working with Microsoft engineering and business teams. Specifically, in C+E.
Experience with Azure and SAP systems.
Preferred:
Knowledge/experience with automation through GitHub Co-pilot.
Knowledge/experience building AI agents
Familiarity and working experience with Microsoft teams including Marketplace, Partner Center, Trade, SAP, and Commerce platforms.
