Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Delivery Lead  Work Location: RTP, North Carolina (Hybrid from Day 1)  Duration: Long Term Contract    Job description:  We are looking for a seasoned Oracle ERP Cloud Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact representing the India delivery team for an ongoing Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation project. The role entaits overseeing critical project stages such as Mock conversions, SIT, LoB UAT, Dress Rehea sol, Cftover, and Hypercare, with a focus on technical aspects, environment management, cutover tasics, and coordination with stakeholders across different time zones.    Key Responsibilities:  Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the offshore delivery team located in India, Provide onsite coordination across project stakeholders including functional teams, technical teams, environment management, and third-party boundary systems:  Support and lead delivery activities through key upcoming phases:  * System Integration Testing (SIT)  * Loading and Performance Testing (LOP)  * User Acceptance Testing (UAT)  * Mock Conversion  * Dress Rehearsal  * Cutover Execution  * Hypercare Support  Ensure alignment and smooth handsoffs between onsite and offshore teams especially across technical workstream including data conversions, integrations, environment rediness and cutover planning.  

•   Manage and track technical deliverables, risks, and issues, and drive resolution by engaging appropriate stakeholders.

•   Coordinate with environment management and infrastructure teams to ensure availability and stability of Oracle ERP Cloud and related non-production environments.

•   Facilitate meetings, status updates, and daily coordination calls with global teams, ensuring progress is made during US time zones.

•   Provide clear and concise communication to project leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.

  Qualifications and Skills:    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).    * 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5* years in Oracle ERP Cloud.    * Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud technical workstreams including    * Integrations (OIC, REST, SOAP, etc.)    * Data Conversions    * Reports & Extensions    * Environment setup and refreshes    * Cutover planning and execution    Proven experience acting as a delivery lead /Onsite coordinator on global.    * Strong coordination skills across multi-vendor and multi-time zone team.    * Exposure to boundary system integrations and upstream/downstream data flown with ERP systems.    * Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.    * Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.    * Proven track record in leading Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, especially in SCM.    Certifications in Oracle ERP cloud (E.g oracle cloud SCM certification) is plus
