Description:
We are looking for an experienced “Product Manager” to lead IVR implementation program at a regional US Bank
Key Requirements
- Deep knowledge in IVR and contact center implementations
- The candidate should have a strong background in leading business requirement definition and translating them into user stories and epics.
- They must have prior experience running agile pods and overseeing end-to-end implementation. A solid understanding of contact center technologies and hands-on experience with IVR systems is essential. Familiarity with the broader contact center ecosystem—including telephony, routing, and integration touchpoints—is expected.
- Experience in the financial services domain is a must
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders.
- Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
- Plan and execute PI ceremonies and should be able to articulate Capabilities/Features/User stories
Mandatory Skills:
A strong background in contact center and IVR implementations within banking and fintech sectors, is required
Proven track record for managing the entire lifecycle of different product implementations and product platform projects in the U.S. market,
Candidate must have a track record of successfully delivering reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data plumbing solutions.
Hands-on experience with data reporting tools such as Tableau, Atwork, and Looker Studio is essential
Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation.
Secondary Skills:
∙ 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or consumer technology sector.
∙ Experience working in an Agile environment, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
∙ Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
∙ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
