Role:- Program Manager

Job Resposibilities:

• Drive strategic programs across wealth, investment platforms, advisory, and client servicing functions from initiation through delivery.
• Design and build dynamic dashboards and program matrices (risk, cost, timeline, capacity, and performance) to monitor key program KPIs across delivery streams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing holistic, executive-level updates as well as deep-dive analysis to stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify interdependencies across digital, compliance, product, and operations workstreams, proactively resolving blockers and aligning on priorities.
• Lead program governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder sessions with confidence and clarity.
• Maintain strong awareness of regulatory, client, and business requirements impacting program delivery in the wealth and investment domain.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and agile best practices across teams.

Experience Required:
•  10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in wealth/investment management, private banking, or asset management.
• Experience in Data Center Migration.
• Proven ability to create and manage dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of investment products, advisor platforms, compliance standards, and operational workflows.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface confidently with C-level executives.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a hands-on, proactive approach to managing complex programs independently.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarity.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms (e.g., Salesforce FSC, Envestnet, SEI, or similar).
• Prior experience with digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives in financial services.
