1. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript writing with NO HELP (5+years)
2. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of TypeScript writing and ability to write old and new typescript with NO HELP (5+ years)
3. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of NodeJs (3+ years)
4. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Jest (5+ years)
5. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Redux (5+ years)
6. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of React (5+ years)
7. Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Git (5+ years)
8. For staff level ability to design and deliver complex large system from vague requirement with in tight deadline.
9. Excel both in operational and engineering excellence.
10. A record of applying SOLID principles
