Job Summary:
One of our client is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Team Lead / Module Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based business solutions. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams like Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
· Mentor, train, and manage a team of developers and consultants.
· Estimate efforts and design scalable solutions using best practices and industry standards.
· Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and Salesforce development/configuration standards.
· Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders across all delivery phases.
· Participate in pre-sales and business development activities including solution demos and proposals.
· Engage with clients in process flow analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
· Lead integration efforts using REST APIs and implement Apex classes/triggers as needed.
· Maintain adherence to Salesforce governor limits and security best practices.
· Handle deployments via Change Sets, Metadata API, ANT tools, and Git-based version control.
