Title – Data Analyst

Location – Boston ( Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) F2F interview required

Rate – $40/hr on W2 AI

Job Requirements:

.            Must have: 5-7 years hand on experience in SQL/Excel/Data Analysis Tools (Knowledge of any Programing Language is Plus)

.            Must have: Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts

.            Must have: Experience working in Financial Service Industry (We will prefer who have worked on CRM / Distribution System / Sales System / Sales Compensation functions in any asset management firms )

.            Must have: Experience working with Business Users for gathering requirements / troubleshooting issues / responding to user queries on day-to-day basis.

.            Must have: Knowledge of Jira / SDLC especially Agile

.            Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System

.            Knowledge or experience with Snowflake Data Platform; for Client Data Platform preferred

.            Knowledge of Tableau preferred

.            Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools a plus

.            Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred

.            Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills; ability to propose solutions

.            Experience writing business user requirements and functional specification

.            Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience (Computer Science degree preferred)
