Role : Technical Business Analyst Credit Card Fraud
Location : Berkeley Heights, NJ
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in the cards & payment domain and a focus on US market operations.
Proven track record in leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards & payment space.
Strong knowledge of BIAN, card products, payment systems, customer experience management, and industry regulations for US market.
Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
Exceptional BA skills, with experience in working with Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Proficiency in card business process analysis and digital transformation strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
