Required:

Experience leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scaled agile program. 
Understanding of Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
Conflict resolution.
Motivation and empowerment.
Analytical skills.
Clear and concise communication. 
Lean Agile principles.
Knowledge of PI planning.
Knowledge of on-premises and Cloud related Java application development/testing/deployment. 
 

Responsibilities:

Leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scaled agile program.
Work with team in adopting and establishing SAFe best practices (ceremonies, sprint metrics, coaching teams, partnership with peer scrum masters, IT, and the business).
Work with production owners / managers to maintain healthy product backlog.
Run day to day scrum activities, identify and any impediments.
Identify dependencies with in and external teams and coordinate to complete the work.
