Job Title: SQL Developer – SSIS/SSRS – Healthcare

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in SSIS and SSRS to support our data integration and reporting needs within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL-based solutions, as well as designing ETL workflows and healthcare-specific reports. Experience in working with clinical and claims data and a good understanding of HIPAA compliance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Design, build, and deploy SSIS packages for ETL operations involving healthcare data.
Create, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports and dashboards for operational and analytical purposes.
Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate reporting solutions.
Work with various healthcare datasets, including EMR/EHR, claims, and provider data.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security aligned with HIPAA and company policies.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing SQL code, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
Participate in data audits, quality checks, and validation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
3+ years of experience with SSIS and SSRS development and deployment.
Experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets.
Understanding of healthcare data standards (ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and secure data handling practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with healthcare reporting for CMS, HEDIS, or NCQA.
Exposure to Power BI or other BI tools.
Knowledge of data warehouse concepts or dimensional modeling.
Experience with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake.
