JOB DESCRIPTION:
Exp: 12+ Years
- Perform user, profile, and role setup within Salesforce.
- Manage data updates, migration, and integration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards for all departments to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Implement advanced analytics solutions and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) integrated with Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly, minimizing disruptions.
- Administer user accounts and licenses.
Prerequisites/Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years with Salesforce Administration
- User/Profile/Role setup
- Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.
- Reporting/Dashboard creation
- DataLoader usage
- Any skills in reporting and analytics, with knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI would be a plus
