Job Description:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Pega development and system architecture.
- Pega Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required having completed before 2020.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), including Case Management, Integration, and Security.
- Proficient in designing and implementing Pega applications, and using Pega features such as Decision Rules, Data Pages, and Activities.
- Expertise in integration techniques (SOAP, REST, Email Listener).
- Hands-on experience in Pega 8.x and above.
- Knowledge with Pega’s customer service is a plus.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Pega Platforms: Experience in Pega Cloud, Pega BPM, Pega CRM, or other Pega frameworks.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- UI/UX: Experience in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces using Pega UI/Constellation features.
- DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD for Pega applications
