The candidates need to have MS Dynamics and Dataverse experience.

Our client is seeking a Data Architect, or an Enterprise Data Architect to design and manage centralized, end-to-end data architecture solutions. Your duties will include determining strategic data requirements, creating designs according to these requirements, and ensuring that a company-s data architecture aligns with its business needs.

Core Responsibilities: –

Creating diagrams that show key data entities and creating an inventory of the database tables, procedures, etc. needed to implement solutions
– Experience with database design, data integration/aggregation, metadata management, database administration, and performance tuning within Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft SQL databases. The current database is MS SQL Server 2012 and the plan is to move to the modern database.
– Formulate the organizational data strategy, including standards of data quality, the flow of data within an application solution, and security of data.
– Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating business requirements, applications, and programming.
– Oversee and execute the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
– Write database migration scripts to migrate data from multiple legacy databases.
– Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
– Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
– Install and organize database to guarantee company functionality.
– Create and maintain a repository of all data architecture artifacts.
– Adhere to Agile principles and philosophies in fulfillment of the role.
– Educate staff members through training and individual support of the database structure.
– Performance tuning and optimization of the new platform
– Administration and configuration of database security of the new platform
– Administration and configuration of database backups of the new platform .

Required Skills

Skills: – A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role.
– MS Dynamics and Dataverse experience.
– Experience in using data modeling tools
– Database scripting experience
– Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.
– Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
– Excellent communication skills for working with technical and business users.
