Accounting Intern (Remote)

We are currently seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This internship will provide exposure to various accounting functions, financial reporting, and operational processes in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis and research to support decision-making.
Help with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
