Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented COGI SAP Error Analyst to join our team. This role is vital in identifying, analyzing, and resolving SAP-related errors to ensure smooth operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP experience, proficiency with JIRA ticketing systems, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Critical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to interact with individuals at various levels within the organization are essential. Prior experience in construction and excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Error Resolution: Analyze and resolve COGI-related errors in SAP by investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Ticketing System Management: Utilize JIRA to manage and track error tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress.
Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Cross-Departmental Communication: Collaborate with multiple departments to understand their needs and provide solutions to SAP-related issues, ensuring smooth workflows.
Critical Thinking: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose SAP errors, develop solutions, and improve system processes.
Construction Knowledge: Leverage construction industry experience (if applicable) to understand unique challenges and workflows, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet departmental requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of SAP errors, resolutions, and improvement recommendations. Provide regular updates to management and team members.
Training & Support: Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to team members on SAP error resolution processes.

Required Qualifications:

SAP Experience: Proven experience with SAP, specifically in handling COGI error management and resolution.
JIRA Experience: Proficiency in using JIRA as a ticketing platform for tracking issues and coordinating resolutions.
Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Critical Thinking Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at various levels, both within and outside the department.
Construction Experience (Preferred): Experience in the construction industry, understanding workflows and challenges specific to construction operations.
Microsoft Office Suite Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when diagnosing and resolving errors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Certifications: Any certifications related to SAP or construction management are a plus.
Experience with Data Analytics Tools: Familiarity with additional software tools for reporting and data analysis is a bonus.
