Role: Network Lead – Juniper & Aruba
Location: – Orlando, FL –Onsite (Relocation is fine)
Rate :$57/hr on C2C

 

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Network Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex networks utilizing Juniper and Aruba technologies. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  * 10+ years of experience in network engineering with a strong focus on Juniper and Aruba technologies.

 * Proven experience leading and mentoring network engineering teams.

 * Deep understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), switching technologies, and network security concepts.

 * Experience with MPLS, VPNs, and data center networking technologies (e.g., VXLAN, SDN).

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 * JNCIA-Junos, JNCIP-Junos, and relevant Aruba certifications preferred.

Desired Skills:

 * Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

 * Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).

 * Experience with network security technologies (firewalls).

 * Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.).

 * Experience with network performance monitoring and analysis tools.
