Job Title: Junior PM

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Must Have 7+ Years of Experience.

Job Description:

·         5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management

·         proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering

·         Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required

·         In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes

·         Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multip

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels with and externally

·         Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global orgar

·         Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of produ

·         Excellent written & verbal communication

·         Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

·         Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science
