Job Description:
8+ years of experience in combination of Scrum Master, Business Analysts & Project Management
Hands on experience in managing large scale & complex B2B Integrations, Mobile Applications and Sustainability Regulations Scrum Team
Closely work with Business, Architects & Product Owner to articulate and groom user stories, use cases & process flow diagrams
Well versed with SAFe practices, Agile Development & Testing processes, expert in ensuring alignment with PI objectives
Facilitate Program Increment, Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Backlog refinement, Retrospective ceremonies
Facilitate defect triage meetings and perform bug fixes based on the defect prioritization.
Prepare detailed reports, metrics, and dashboard for client & stakeholders to monitor the progress
Promote collaboration and communication between Developers, QA and other stakeholders in multi-vendor environment
Excellent communication, coordination, collaborative and presentation skills
Strong problem solving abilities and capability to manage conflicts effectively, resolve team impediments, improve the process
