Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
Onsite: Yes – 5 days per week onsite
Duration: 12 months+

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and Salesforce enhancements.
• Gather and document business requirements, creating detailed user stories and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to define and prioritize requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
• Perform data analysis and data migration activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and deliver training materials and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
• Conduct system testing, create test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and related applications.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
• Familiarity with data migration, data management, and data integrity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
