Client is seeking a UI/UX Manager who is passionate about creating functionally sound user experiences and interfaces for our clients. As a UI/UX Manager you’ll work across multiple internal products. This role has high visibility to partners within the organization.

 

Responsibilities

Own and collaborate the creation and design of aesthetically and functionally pleasing interfaces for new projects, products, and applications
Drive and collaborate the delivery of strategically sound, conceptually based, online experiences
Create
Drive the design cycle, lead workshops, and ensure all requirements for projects are met
Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
Maintain and update design systems
Confidently communicate design decisions to executive stakeholders and synthesize the feedback.
Create user personas
Conduct usability testing and user research
Collaborate with the various teams to provide exceptional experiences and designs
 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Flexible work approach not tethered to process i.e. ability to create designs without clear business requirements
Ability to hit the ground running
Attention to detail
Great multi- tasker able to work in fast paced environment
Portfolio showing current expertise in web, mobile, and responsive UX and UI trends with ample background in design and research
Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in using Figma and Pendo
