Job Description:
SWIFT Payment processing and knowledge of ISO20022
Familiar with US payment schemes
Experience in L2 Support.
Preferably Bilingual.
Ability to Perform UAT
Documentation using JIRA and Confluence
Well versed with Agile concepts
Provide demo and walkthroughs
Flexible with working hours
Good communication skills
Minimum 10 years’ experience in payments
BA certifications are good to have
Banking domain idea will help
Client interactions and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
