Location: Irving, Texas 75038 (Hybrid)

Job Description:

 

Response from the manager: Onsite every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday every week. Local candidates are required and travel expenses are not covered.

 

Role description and skills:- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Business Model Strategy with Advanced proficiency and Requirements Analysis with Expert proficiency are suggested.

 

Develop innovative strategies for business process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
Conducted in-depth analysis of business requirements and proposed solutions.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on process optimization
 

Must have a hands-on working knowledge of the following:-

Tax Applications (TRIP, OITD, OTP, GlobalNext etc.).
Experience in OneSource Indirect Tax.
Experience in Implementing Tax Solutions.
Mapping the tax scenario to the  Tax engine.
