Job Description:
The ideal candidate should be someone who can effectively engage in business discussions and participate in roadmap planning, but with a stronger technical background in Service Cloud/Salesforce. While they don’t need to be hands-on in the system daily, they should serve as a resource for the Tech Lead to consult on forward-looking questions, such as: “If we implement solution XX, will it scale better than solution YY, and what are the technical trade-offs?

Looking for a technical architect. We would be looking for either a deep understanding of code (e.g., from a development background before flows became more powerful) or a strong ability to articulate the benefits of newer tools like Flow.
Sales meaning is Customer success and customer support. If someone has customer support services also that is fine.
They have just implemented service cloud. This experience is needed.
Location: Remote is fine. Most of their team members are working in PST/CST time zones.
