We are seeking a Receptionist who will be involved in managing front desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls politely and efficiently.
Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and the general public, providing information or directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and deliveries.
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills.
