C# Developer with EDI

Location: Remote with some travel (client located in MN)

Duration: 6+ months contract
Interview process: Video

Visa: Successful applicants must be legally authorized to work in  the U.S.

Tax Term: W2/C2C

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop data modeling and integration solutions that utilize healthcare formats such as HL7, X12, CDA and FHIR to drive applications in cutting edge healthcare spaces including 360 Encompass, CDI, Payer Platform, and more.
Implement solutions built to improve the quality of clinical documentation, working hand-in-hand with product development and interface architecture teams.
Work hand-in-hand with the customers.
Provide third level support for running production systems.
Participate in activities relating to the improvement of the software development process including analysis, design, development and unit/integration testing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
Familiarity with C#, object-oriented programing concepts, design patterns and automated testing
Five years of software development experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong communications and presentation skills 
Preferred Qualifications:

Have worked with enterprise software.
Familiarity with healthcare data modeling and processing in data formats including HL7 v2, CDA.
HealthShare or IRIS knowledge and experience is preferred.
Have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, k8s, docker).
