 The IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical teams and the business stakeholders. The CRM BA will be responsible for understanding business needs related to customer relationship management, analyzing requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions within the CRM system. The primary focus will be on maximizing the CRM system’s efficiency and effectiveness in supporting various business processes related to customer interactions and data management while keeping the corporate view
