- Required Min 5 years of Project Management Experience with excellent communication skills.
- Required srcum certifcation/experience
- Required min 5 years of project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Oversee project as a manager working with HR business leaders and HRIS/HRIT organizations and third-party vendors
- Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met
- Effectively manage all phases of the project including requirements gathering, budgeting, scoping, work planning, and documentation/reporting
- Project Methodologies: Agile (iterative and hybrid models), SAP Activate
- Effectively Manage project resources and contractors
