Role: SCCM

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Contract: Long Term

Qualifications

Minimum Five years of full-time in-depth experience with Windows
3-5 years of demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager SCCM
Should have a strong experience in design and installation of SCCM most recent versions
Strong understanding and experience of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.
In-depth experience with Active-Directory and DNS
Strong experience in Operating System Deployment
Extensive experience in troubleshooting desktop OS and PC Hardware issues.
Experience with Windows desktop and server operating system platform administration, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

Day to day administration of SCCM environment to include engineering new solutions as needed
Desktop application management and deployment
Recommend and implement application and database solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance
Providing technical guidance to SCCM team and customer
Provide Tier 3 support
Server and workstation client management
Creating and updating technical documentation as required
Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
