Technology help desk desk management and any ticketing tool knowledge is desired.Ensuring IT services up time SLA’s are met.
Active Directory /DNS / DHCP / WSUS / DFS Management.
VoIP phones Management.Backups Management.
Client Antivirus Management.Outlook / Office365 email client Management. POP / IMAP / Exchange mailbox setup.
Android / IOS / Windows etc. client support and Management.
Windows 7.x / 8.x / 10.x / Desktop OS Management.
Asset & Inventory Management.Vendor & Third party services management.
