Top skills should be a combination of the following skills:
- Python
- Django/Flask
- Ansible
- Terraform
- CI/CD
- SQL
- Linux
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, or Open Container Initiative (OCI); CI/CD experience utilizing tools such as Github, etc (Plus)
Types for Profiles suited for the team:
. Python, SQL (data extraction/analysis), Linux
. Python, DevOps / Ansible, and Terraform
. Python, Networking, DNS, DHCP, IP management, DevOps
- 30 python devs, 30 cloud engineers
- NEED TO BE ON SITE DAY 1 (3 locations) Plano, TX/ Columbus, OH/ Jersey city, NJ
- Jason is the lead, but will have a 10-person interview panel to run with interviews and help turn around quickly
- 2 Rounds of interviews then a decision for Python roles
Python Roles;
- Team 1 Demand – Python & SQL are needed. Need a strong background in linux (linux utilities/command lines) – Need network routing and switching knowledge or at least desire to learn. Need data science knowledge (data/analytics/AI/ML within networking space but crossing into infrastructure)
- Team 2 Demand – Needs python development and Ansible – 3-4+ openings
- Team 3 Demand– DNI knowledge is top of the list. Python is a must – 3-4+ openings
