Domain and technical Skills :
• Technical (All Mandatory): Cognos, SQL, MS Access and Excel (8+ years of experience).
• Domain: HR applications
• Technical (Good to have) : Ultimate software, Cornerstone systems
Role & Responsibilities :
Independently collect requirements from customer Develop and Deliver (End to End).
Generating reports, data cleansing and maintain the data integrity across the systems.
Soft skills:
• Excellent communication skills (Both Oral and written)
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Team player
