Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire-based insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Guidewire applications, architectural design, and integration strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and ensure the scalability and performance of Guidewire implementations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Guidewire application development and architecture.
Proven expertise in multiple Guidewire modules (e.g., PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Guidewire Gosu programming, configuration, and integration frameworks.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns (SOA, microservices) and middleware technologies.
Proficient in Java, XML, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to think strategically and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Guidewire Certification (e.g., Guidewire Certified Specialist, Architect Certification).
Experience in the insurance domain, particularly with claims, policy, or billing processes.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
