Job Description

 Drive project from the client’s perspective

 Hold vendor accountable, track progress

 Manage client resource assignments

 Highlight concerns/risks of the implementation vendor’s approach; recommend and lead the implementation of mitigation plans

 Monitors and manages project scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects.

 Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships.

 Facilitates or co-leads with customer and/or vendor project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.

 Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions.

 Reviews deliverables prepared by the client and internal team to ensure they are correct.

 Act as a coach to client project leads, executives and others who need assistance and advice regarding best practices for project management.

 Provide leadership for project staff to outline and execute work plans.

 Design and track key metrics for monthly project plan, schedule, status, and risk reports.

 Conduct and prepare weekly and monthly project plan, schedule, status, and risk reports.

 Oversee, direct, and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.


Education and Required Experience

 B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field

 Brings 5+ years program and project management experience with enterprise software or custom development implementations, including post-implementation support

 Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software platforms

 Experience in professional services/consulting organization preferred

 Experience in Agile approaches to project management

 Strong presentation and communication skills

 Proven ability to manage budgets for projects

 Experience with serving as project manager or scrum leader with Salesforce platform

 Estimation/sizing, SOW/Change Order contracting experience preferred

 Experience managing and implementing enterprise solutions with over 1,000 end-users

 Monitoring and Analysis customer experience and performance/stability of the systems using various Tools Creating dashboards and alerts

 Handle Order investigations and/or customer escalations

 Support Managers and Directors with the data about the issues related to API and/or customer experience

 Sending Hourly, Daily reports of WEB and mobile APP trends to all Managers, Directors and other key teams

 Generating daily, weekly reports and analyzing system performances Sales APIs and Sales user experience trends

Digital : Splunk, AppDynamics, End User Experience Monitoring and Analytics


 4+ Years of Work Experience in Production Support/Application Monitoring

 Experienced in application support and maintenance of web applications hosted on cloud

 Experience with Incident, Problem and Release Management

 ITIL certified is preferred

 Basic understanding of cloud technologies

 Experience with monitoring tools like App Dynamics, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, HP BSM etc.,

 Good communication skills & ability to work with multiple teams and react quickly when identify for issues

 Willing to work in shifts and weekends
