Job description

Required Technical Skills

• Experience being part of an agile/scrum methodology
• Able to collaborate across different functions. Work closely with product management and development teams to understand requirements and technical specifications
• Strong knowledge of databases, experience performing database validations, writing complex database queries
• Expert in designing and developing automated tests using Pytest should have knowledge of core Python fundamentals
• Should be able to write scalable automated tests using Pytest for database validations and APIs
• Strong understanding of API (methods, statuses, authorization)
• Postman + newmanium (collections, env files, storing variables, running tests from CLI, generating reports)
• Good grasp of best practices of coding part in test automation (page objects, reusable code for easier maintainability, coding standards, documentation)
• Experience working with code version control system 
• Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Excels at working in fast-paced startup environments

Recommended 

• Experience in performance testing using JMeter/BlazeMeter or similar tools
• Containerization of tests (docker, writing docker-files, spinning up containers, transferring files from container to local repository)
• Experience implementing a CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in the Pharma industry
• BS or BA degree preferred
